Part of the Genji-Koh bath-salt series, inspired by five women in The Tale of Genji. “Genji-kō” refers to a popular incense-comparison game from the Edo period. Akashi (No. 13) is the “Noble” fragrance, with a deep, dignified character inspired by the Lady of Akashi, a talented musician whose daughter eventually became empress.
Made with mineral-rich Himalayan rock salt and blended essential oils. The supplier describes it as helping refine the skin and recommends it for a relaxing half-body bath. For a bath of about 180 L, add 20–40 g from the 180 g bottle or one 30 g sachet and stir well. Ingredients: sodium chloride (mineral salt) and fragrance oils including lavender, sweet orange, palmarosa, sweet marjoram, and clary sage.
