A Myanmar coffee with honey-like sweetness and fruity notes that remain enjoyable as the cup cools.
This coffee is processed using the honey process. After the fruit is removed from the coffee seed, some of the sweet mucilage surrounding the seed is deliberately left in place as the beans dry. Sugars in the mucilage encourage fermentation during drying, helping develop a honey-like sweetness. The roast is balanced to bring together bitterness and acidity, with a soft, rounded mouthfeel.
